The Commission meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 4:30 pm, except for the months of April, June and October, at which time those meeting begin at 1 pm. Meetings are held at City Hall.

The seventeen (17) members are appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by City Council and represent several categories.
